Clean title on hand.
This is a 1985 Kawasaki GPZ750 (non-turbo) (also known as zx750) that has been turned into a beautiful cafe racer. A lot of custom work has gone into the bike. Clip ons, gaiters, bar end mirrors, customized frame and seat, rearsets, All in one LED brake and turn signal on the rear, Vance and Hines Exhaust, custom battery box with Gel battery, airbox removed and pods installed.
Custom Kawasaki green paint job, currently in a two tone black/green color scheme using black Plastidip (removable). I bought the bike already customized, whoever did the actual work was definitely a professional. This type of bike sells for $3k+ depending on the market in running condition.
Full disclosure of condition of bike:
-This is a really fun bike, and I enjoyed riding it but it hasn't been ran in the past year and could definitely use a carb cleaning/adjustment.
-The oil cap also got overtightened so cap could be replaced (I rode it with the cap JB welded).
- My roommate tipped the bike over in our driveway once which broke the stator cover but no other damage. The bike still ran fine, I have been meaning to get a new cover and haven't.
- It was having a hard time starting in the cold, which based on research is common with these older bikes and can be fixed relatively easily if you know what you're doing: I don't. So it has sat unridden since last winter.
- Headlight was removed and I lost one of the clips from the fork mount, but they are like $15 on ebay for a complete set of mounts. The actual headlight and bucket are still perfectly intact (and the bucket alone cost around $100 online.)
It shouldn't take much to get it running again, I'm just not mechanically minded and don't have the time. This would be a great bike for a winter project.
