Channel Marketing and Operations Manager

In this position youâ€™ll be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Zenger Folkmanâ€™s channel of international partners. Youâ€™ll enable partners to more effectively market Zenger Folkmanâ€™s development programs in their local markets by creating and executing co-marketing programs, providing marketing resources that partners can leverage, and creating new ways to make it easy for them to market and sell in their markets. You will engage partners by creating programs and executing on ideas to create mindshare and focus on Zenger Folkman products within the partner organizations. You will encourage the marketing and selling of Zenger Folkman products by organizing and managing conferences and meetings and creating regular and consistent communications with partners to motivate them to build their Zenger Folkman business.
A critical component of the job is the ability to create and manage programs, processes and policies to support the growth of the global Zenger Folkman business, as well as creating and providing data and reports to forecast and measure partner performance. The person in this position will be one of the main interfaces between our partners and Zenger Folkman, so professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
This work will be closely coordinated with peers in other departments and within the highly collaborative Zenger Folkman environment. The position reports to the Vice President of Global Channels.
